3 Night: 4 days Marakech Merzouga
Day 1: We will pick you up from Marrakech at 8am, drive for 2 hours via the tizi ntichka pass, stopping for photos, a visit to Telouet and it's ancient 17 century kasbah, stopping at for lunch and a Berber Folklore Show, an hour and a half drive to Aitbenhadou kasbah (11 century kasbah, UNESCO World Heritage Site), a visit to the Atlas Studio. The night is spent in a hotel in Ourzazat.
Day 2: We pick you up at 9:00am after breakfast and drive 2 hours along the magical Drâa River, one of the longest in Morocco stopping at somel adobe kasbahs and Berber villages on the way. We have lunch in Alnif. We drive two hours to Merzouga, Stopping along the great sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, visiting the local Gnoua people. We then have a two hour camel ride thru the dunes and spend the night in a berber tent.
Day 3: You will have breakfast at the camp before we pick you up at 9:00am, drive to Todra valley and have lunch at the spectacular Todra Gorge. We stops along the Dades vally, the monkey fingers vally and the Dades Gorge, where you will sleep the night in a hotel.
Day 4: You will have breakfast at the hotel before we pick you up at 9:00am to drive via the thousand kasbah route, the rose vally, a visit to Skoura oisis with it's authentic 17 century kasbah, and a visit to Taourirt kasbah (the former residence of the Glaoui). We have lunch in Ourzazat then drive 4 hours with stops along the way via the tizi ntichka pass back to Marrakech.
