Day 1: Fes » Azrou (Cedar forest) » Midelt » Erfoud » Merzouga (Night in Desert Camp) [467 Km]
The private driver for your 2 Days tour From Fez to Merzouga Sahara will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 am to transport you to the desert village of Merzouga via Azrou, the cedar forests, and Ziz Gorges. This is an interesting road and you will stop for lunch in a Berber café. Arrive at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes and take a camel with a guided camel, and overnight in the middle of the dunes.
Day 2: Merzouga Sahara Desert » Ziz Valley » Fes [469 km]
An early morning wake-up is recommended to assist sunrise from the top of the Chebbi sand dunes. Before you camel trek back to the departure point where you will meet your driver, you will take a shower and enjoy a Berber and delicious breakfast served by friendly Berber people at the Merzouga desert camp.
After breakfast and a shower in the camp, you will leave for Fez via the High Atlas mountains. On the way, we’ll pass through Rissani, Erfoud, Errachidia, and Midelt. A Date with a stop for lunch and pictures of wild monkeys in the Cedar forests of Azrou before arriving in Fes, where we’ll leave you at your riad or Hotel.
