MEKNES & VOLUBILIS DAY TRIP ITINERARY:
After picking you up at your accommodation at 9:00 in the morning, we will be able to head west until we reach the ancient Roman city where the most important archaeological remains are in Morocco.
In Volúbilis, you will have free time to visit the area. We will be here for as long as you need to, the normal range is between one and two hours. If you wish, at the entrance you can hire an official Tour guide.
After enjoying the magnificent Roman remains, we will approach Moulay Idriss, one of the most important pilgrimage centres in Morocco. It is a small town where you can get to know the most interesting city in less than an hour.
The third stop will be Meknes, the most “modest” of the four imperial cities in Morocco. In Meknes, you will have free time to eat, visit the most important places in the city, enter its market or enjoy a coffee in the square.
Around 6 pm, we will return to Fez. We will bring you to the hotel or wherever you want.
